Apple is reportedly in talks with Google to license and integrate its Gemini artificial intelligence engine into the iPhone. Gemini is a suite of generative AI tools developed by Google. The negotiations aim to incorporate Gemini into certain new features that will be released in the upcoming iPhone software update. Apple has also been in discussions with OpenAI regarding the use of its model. The terms, branding, and implementation details of the potential AI agreement have not been finalized yet.
