Elon Musk drops suit against OpenAI and Sam Altman

Elon Musk has withdrawn his lawsuit against OpenAI and two of the company’s co-founders. A hearing that was scheduled for Wednesday in San Francisco to consider the case’s dismissal has been rendered unnecessary as a result. Musk had filed the lawsuit in March, accusing the defendants of breach of contract and fiduciary duty.
