China’s youth unemployment rate improved in April, providing positive news for Beijing as it strengthens policy support for the economy. The jobless rate for China’s 16- to 24-year-olds, excluding students, dropped to 14.7% last month, down from March’s 15.3%. The data was released by the National Bureau of Statistics.
